As a nourishing and repairing treatment for the face and body: warm a dab of shea butter in the palm of your hand and apply it to dry and cracked areas.
As a repairing balm for dry and damaged hair: warm a small dab of shea butter by rubbing your hands together. Apply to hair, kneading the ends and lengths.

Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Wash hands after application. Store away from light, air and heat. For external use.
