As a mask: Apply a thin layer of product and leave on for 2 minutes, without massaging. Rinse thoroughly. Use once or twice a week.

As a scrub: Apply to dampened face, massage in circular motions, then rinse. Use once or twice a week.

Avoid contact with eyes.
