These two actions, day and night, intense and complementary, contribute to the refinement of the silhouette.

To sculpt your body, apply morning and evening on the whole body or on the concerned areas: thighs, buttocks, stomach, hips, arms, and massage according to the application gestures below:

1. Stimulate the skin before application:
- Apply tonic pinches with the fingertips on the concerned areas
- With both hands, fists closed, make quick and intense up and down movements

2. Apply the product to sculpt the figure:
- On the legs, buttocks and hips: apply dynamic pressure up to the groin area to stimulate drainage
- On the stomach and waist: use deep circular movements with your fingertips, in a clockwise direction around the navel
- On the upper arms: apply dynamic and intense upward pressure with one hand, moving up to the fold of the armpit

Allows you to get dressed very quickly after application.
