LIBRE is the French word for ‘free’, and that’s exactly what this contemporary Eau de Parfum from YSL wants you to be. Master perfumers Anne Flipo and Carlos Benaim have created a unique and couture-infused scent. YSL has dressed the golden juice in a bottle that echoes the androgenous and statement style of SAINT LAURENT. The flacon is structured and feels like an accessory, rather like the YSL bags and shoes that have the same oversized logo. With sharp and elegant lines the gold emblem bends around the bottle, and if you look closely, you’ll notice a cut out in the glass, that mimics a low V cut neckline. Underneath the asymmetric black lacquered top is a row of gold chains elegantly wrapped around the bottle - an extra touch that’s inspired by the luxurious chains of iconic YVES SAINT LAURENT handbags.
