Shake the roller well and apply it to the veins of the wrists, temples and neck.

After applying the roller to the wrists, rub them together and by slow, deep breaths, calmly breathe in the aromas of the essential oils released on the skin.

Take 5 deep breaths.
- To be used as a preventive measure several times in the hour preceding any trip that may be embarrassing (if possible, apply 3 times: ½ hour, ¼ hour and just before taking the means of transport)
- Renew the application as soon as the slightest sensation of nausea is felt.

Precautions for use: Avoid any contact with the eyes, the mucous membranes, the injured skin. In case of irritation, rinse with a vegetable oil. Not recommended for children under 3 years and pregnant or lactating women.

After application, it is advised not to expose to the sun for a long time. Essential oils are very active and should be used in accordance with the instructions for use.
