By acupressure, in local application onto each temple, then in the middle of the forehead, followed next by the hair line, then behind each ear and as far as the base of the neck, finishing by the pressure point situated in the hollow of the neck, above the spinal column.
Apply the roller by massaging the tension points.
If possible, relax for 10 minutes afterwards.
Use as needed, every time you feel that the 'crisis' is coming. This will enable you to precede it and thus avoid it.
