International Delivery


MyOrigines can currently ship to :

Please note that when a package ships out of the EU or to autonomous communities, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are typically due once the package arrives in the destination country. The buyer is responsible for paying the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These charges can vary widely and are often based on the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, origin country, and the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country.

 

Overseas France : Some of the parcels can be controlled and retained by the customs (up to 14 business days). MyOrigines provides all customs documents to insure fast delivery of your order. The French Overseas Departments (DOM) are not part of Community territory for the purposes of VAT. Please be aware that taxes (30% of the total price), for which you will be responsible, may be charged by your local authorities once your package reaches your country.

 

Switzerland : Consignments from abroad are basically liable to customs duties and to VAT. You will be asked to pay :

- Customs duties,

- Customs clearance (CHF18 for orders under CHF500, CHF35 for order above CHF500),

- Current standard VAT 8% (including shipping costs, customs clearance, insurance, customs duties, etc).

 

United Kingdom : Consignments from abroad are basically liable to customs duties and to VAT. You will be asked to pay :

- Current standard VAT 20% for orders from £ 135.

- Customs fees of £12 for orders from £ 135.

- Customs fees of £25 for orders from £ 873.

 

Order confirmation email


Immediately after you have successfully placed your order with MyOrigines, you will receive an email that contains information regarding the details of your order.

The order confirmation email is your receipt that can be printed for your records. The order confirmation email includes your order number (the same number that appeared on our web site after successful submission of an order), the details of the products and corresponding prices, any credits or promotional discounts, taxes, shipping charges (if applicable), your ship-to and bill-to information, and the ship method.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email from our warehouse once your order is on its way. Simply click on your tracking link on this email to view the up to date tracking.

 

Returns policy


We accept the return of any item purchased on www.my-origines.com if it is received within 14 days (legal retraction period) from the date of receipt of your order. In order to receive your refund or online credit as soon as possible, please return the items as soon as you decide not to keep them. All products must be returned to MyOrigines in a condition suitable for resale (products in perfect condition, unopened, unpacked and unused, with their original packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.). The cost of postage for the return package remains at your expense. To return an item, simply follow the instructions below:

2. We will confirm by e-mail the agreement for your return. - In case of complaint (damaged, defective, non-conforming product...), please inform our Customer Service within 60 days from the date of receipt of your order: we will send you a Colissimo return form. Stick the left part on your parcel and keep the right part stamped by the Post Office. We do not accept returns without prior agreement from us.

 

3. Use the original packaging to return the product.

Please note that we do not accept parcels sent postage due. It takes us approximately 30 working days to process your request for a refund or to give you a credit note online. We will inform you by e-mail or telephone of the status of your request. Please note that your credit card will be re-credited within approximately seven working days.
