Swirl the applicator over the powder to pick up an ample amount, then remove excess by tapping on top of your hand. Gently press onto skin. (Around eyes, use Secret Brightening Powder For Under Eyes.)

As with all setting powders, apply after any creamy formulas, including Crème Cheek Colour.
