"To get the most out of your candle, let it burn until the entire surface has melted.
To preserve the parfum do not burn your candle for more than 2 hours at a time during the first third of its life, and then for 1 hour at a time thereafter.
Never leave a lit candle unattended.
Do not place the candle in a draft.
Keep it out of reach of children, curtains, and pets.
If the wick needs to be re-centered, gently reposition it while the wax is still liquid.
Allow the candle to harden before relighting it.
If black smoke appears, trim the tip of the wick. The wick must be clean and should never exceed 5 mm in length.
Always protect the surface on which the candle rests (with a wooden or ceramic plate, for example).
Never let the candle burn all the way down. Always leave at least 5 mm of unmelted wax at the bottom.
Store your candle in a dry, temperate environment, between 15 and 27 °C (60 and 80 °F).
You should use your candle for the first time within the first two months of receiving it."
