The Bandes Amincissantes Drainantes can be applied as required to legs, buttocks, hips, stomach and arms. It is advisable to protect surfaces with a towel during treatment. Rinsing after treatment is not necessary. If the session involves the use of only one strip, the other, already soaked, can be kept in the hermetically sealed packaging for up to 3 days.LEGS - Before application, clean and dry the area to be treated and, using your fingertips, rub the area gently up and down. - Place the foot on a stool and begin to roll up the soaked bandage, crossing over without compressing too much.at the knee, extend the leg and continue to roll up the bandage as far as the groin.fix the final flap under the last turn of the bandage.apply the second bandage to the other leg and leave on for 30 minutes. Remove the bandage and massage any excess fluid upwards to reinforce the effects of the treatment.SHOUTS, HIPS AND BELLY- Before application, clean and dry the area to be treated.- From the top of the thighs, as close as possible to the groin, start wrapping the band around the first buttock, then the other, the hips and the stomach, up to 4 fingers above the navel.- To treat the stomach only, simply apply the band from 4 fingers below the navel to 4 fingers above. - Leave on for 30 minutes. Remove the bandage and massage away any excess fluid, to reinforce the effects of the treatment.ARMS- Before application, wash and dry the area to be treated thoroughly.- Start by wrapping the bandage 2 fingers above the left wrist (or vice versa) up to the shoulder, bending the elbow at 90 degrees.- Once you've reached the left shoulder (or vice versa), pass the band behind the neck until it reaches the right shoulder (or vice versa) and, passing under the armpit, repeat the above operation in the opposite direction.30 minutes later, remove the band and massage away any excess fluid as follows: make a ring with the thumb and forefinger around the wrist and up 4 times to the elbow. Repeat from elbow to shoulder. Finally, gently "knead" the skin on the inside of the arm towards the armpit.
