AM and PM, Product is shaken before each application to form the milk / it develops into a milky bloom when water is added. Then applied to the skin to bind or grab-a-hold of dirt and makeup (so it can be easily rinsed away). When water is applied to rinse the formula from skin, it has an additional bloom of milky appearance as it continues to emulsify with more water. The formula then rinses away carrying the dirt, excess oil and makeup from the skin.
