The cup is a receptacle that is placed in the vagina to collect blood during menstruation.

Its flexibility allows it to be easily folded to be inserted, then to unfold at the entrance of the vagina in a waterproof way!

Can the cup be used by all women?

Yes, all women can use the menstrual cup.

You can be a virgin and use the cup.

It is compatible with the IUD. Our recommendations if you use an IUD, ask your gynecologist to cut the string as short as possible and press well on one side of your cup to remove the suction cup effect before pulling it out. This is to avoid any aspiration of the IUD when removing the cup.

Which cup size should I choose?

Choose size 1 for a light flow, prefer size 2 for a medium or heavy flow, or if you have already given birth by vaginal delivery. Any doubts? Take a size 2!
