Soak the sponge in lukewarm water until it becomes completely soft. Then massage your body with the sponge, with or without cleanser, using circular movements.

After each use, rinse and wring out the sponge. Then let it air dry.
If properly maintained, the sponge can last up to 3 months.
Never use the sponge dry.
