Apply the Long-Wear Gel Eyeliner to each side of the brush, then trace along the upper lash line with small, smooth strokes. Its fine, tapered shape makes it easy to create a winged look.
To clean it, dampen the bristles with lukewarm water, keeping the ferrule dry. Massage a small amount of Conditioning Brush Cleanser into the bristles, then rinse until the water runs clear. Gently squeeze out excess water, reshape the brush, and let it dry flat with the bristles extending slightly beyond the edge of a surface.
