Take a maximum of 2 drops of essential oil of mountain savory 3 times a day (i.e. 0.2 ml) on a Puressentiel neutral tablet (or 1 teaspoon of honey, olive oil, or 1/4 sugar).

Equivalence : 1ml = 30 drops.
