Perform deep smoothing strokes, in threes, with the palm of the hand on one half of the face from the base of the neck to the forehead, as follows:

1- Ascending on the neck: from the collarbone to the jaw.
2- Outward on the oval of the face: from chin to ear.
3- Ascending on the cheek: from the jawbone to the cheek.
4- Outward: from the nose to the temples, following the cheekbone.
5- Outward over temples.
6- Upward on forehead: from eyebrow root to hairline.

Repeat the movement on the other half of the face.
