A large purple daisy-like flower originating from North America, Asters were used by Dakota Indians for healing warrior wounds. The active part of the Aster lies in its polysaccharides which are renowned for their soothing properties and help strengthen the scalp's natural defenses.


MINT Cooling essential oil
Used for a whole range of medicinal reasons since ancient times, archaeologists have even found dried Mint flowers in the Egyptian pyramids dating back to the first century BC. Its highly prized essential oil is rich in menthol, renowned for its soothing, cleansing, anti-irritant and refreshing effects on the scalp.


EUCALYPTUS Cooling essential oil
The Eucalyptus tree originates in Tasmania, off the coast of Australia. Used by Aboriginal people to heal wounds, its leaves contain an essential oil whose principle component is eucalyptol. It has been selected by René Furterer for its antiseptic, cleansing and decongestant action on the scalp.
