1. TONIFY: Using the tips of your index fingers, rub up and down the sides of your nose, along the nasolabial fold. Stretch from the groove towards the outside of the face, up to the ears, still using the index fingertips.

2. LIFTING: Slide palms flat along each side of the jawline, from the bottom of the chin towards the ears. Then perform a deep smoothing of the masseter muscles from the bottom of the cheeks up to the temples. Finish with an external smoothing of the crow's feet with the fingertips.
