Cold cream or classic moisturizer?
First, you need to determine whether your skin is dry or dehydrated:
- Is your skin rough, even flaky? Your skin is dry and lacks lipids. It needs to be nourished with oils or butters.

Cold cream is just the thing, as it also provides a real protective barrier against external aggressors such as the cold. Women in Scandinavian countries love it!

- On the contrary, does your skin show wrinkles, or do you wake up with pillow marks? Your skin is thirsty! Dehydrated skin lacks water. You need to apply a moisturizing cream, such as a classic day cream, to plump up the skin by preventing water from evaporating from the epidermis. And don't forget to moisturize your body from the inside!
