Place the recommended quantity of essential oil on the Puressentiel neutral tablet (1 to 6 tablets per day).

Unless advised by a health professional, do not use the neutral essential oil tablets during pregnancy, breastfeeding and in children under 7 years of age, do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use essential oils that are not recommended for oral absorption. Keep out of sight and reach of young children. Keep away from light, heat and humidity. Excessive consumption can have laxative effects.
