After applying your Tinted Moisturizer SPF 30 UVB/UVA, Flawless Lumière Radiance-Pefecting or Flawless Fusion Ultra-Longwear foundation, place a small amount of Translucent Loose Setting Powder in the lid, then gently press the Velour Puff into it Laura Mercier

Warm the powder by rubbing the two folded parts of the Velour Puff together, then press the powder onto the skin with a rolling motion.
