Every day: warm a generous dab of balm between the hands to gently massage palms and backs of hands, nails and cuticles (twice a day).

For intense care: use as a mask. Apply a thick layer of balm to hands for 10 minutes of intense nourishment. Then massage off excess balm (twice a week).
