Gently massage into scalp and lengths. Rinse. For the Mask: Apply to washed, towel-dried hair in a quantity suited to the length and thickness of your hair. Distribute over lengths to ends, avoiding roots. Run fingers through hair to detangle. Leave your mask on for 5 minutes for light nourishment, or up to 30 minutes for deep nourishment and hydration. Emulsify and rinse thoroughly.
