Apply the concentrate to the affected areas of the body or scalp. In the attack phase, apply once or twice a day for four weeks. In the maintenance phase, apply twice a week. For intensely itchy scalps, apply in the evening and leave on overnight, then rinse off in the morning with a mild shampoo.
