To get the most out of your candle, we recommend that you burn it until the entire surface is liquid.
When burning simultaneously, we recommend that you leave a space of at least 30 cm between each candle.
Never leave a candle burning unattended. Place your candle away from draughts. Keep your candles out of the reach of children, curtains and pets.
If the wick becomes misaligned, gently recenter it while the wax is still melting.
If smoke appears, cut off the end of the wick. The wick should always be clean and no longer than 0.5 centimeters.
Protect the surface on which your candle is placed (with a flat ceramic or wooden element, for example).
To protect the glass, always leave 0.5 centimeters of unmelted wax for Classic format candles. L'Intermède and La Grande Bougie are equipped with wick-stoppers, so they will automatically extinguish once these are visible. (Always leave at least 3 cm of unmelted wax).
Keep your candle in a dry, temperate place, between 15 and 25° C.
Be sure to use it for the first time within 2 months of receiving your candle.
