Plumping Toning Lotion

The toner will remove all traces of make-up, leaving the skin feeling fresh. Its moisturising formula leaves the skin soft and comfortable, with a plumped appearance. The skin is clean, fresh, soothed and ready to receive the other products in the Rose range.

Apply a small amount to cotton pads and wipe over the face and decollete. Blot dry to remove any residue.
