After shampooing, apply a generous amount of mask to lengths and ends of towel-dried hair. Leave on for 3 to 5 minutes for damaged hair, or 5 to 10 minutes for very damaged hair. Detangle and rinse thoroughly. Use 1 to 2 times a week, as a 4- to 6-week treatment.
