To ensure the best experience when using your scented candle, Acqua di Parma recommends that you :

- Do not light your candle for more than an hour and a half without interruption. This will prevent the flame from becoming too big, which would create smoke and could stain the edges of the glass.
- Use an appropriate snuffer to extinguish the flame.
- Allow the candle to solidify before relighting.
- Straighten the wick in the wax after each use for even consumption of the wax.
- Cut the wick regularly with a wick cutter (ideal length 5 mm) so that the wick does not stick to the wax and prevents the candle from smoking.
- Keep your candle clean, avoiding matches and debris in the wax area.
- Do not use the candle if the wax level remaining in the jar is less than 5 mm.
- Do not leave the candle burning unattended. Keep away from children, curtains and pets.
- Do not move a lit candle or while the wax is still hot. Wait for the wax to solidify.
- Do not place the candle on heat sensitive surfaces, near flammable materials, open windows or other candles.
