For daily nasal hygiene, from 10 years old.

Prime the spray by pressing briefly on the nozzle.
Keeping the head upright, administer 1 to 2 sprays into the nostril.
Wipe off the excess and blow your nose.
Repeat with the other nostril.
2 times a day in the morning and in the evening before bedtime.

Precaution of use:

Keep out of reach and sight of children.
The use of this spray by more than one person can be conducive to infections, clean the tip with soapy water and rinse with warm water after use.
Do not use after expiration date.

Pressurized container: protect from sunlight and do not expose to temperatures above 50°C.
Do not pierce or burn, even after use.
Do not spray on an open flame or any incandescent material.
Discontinue use and seek medical attention if condition worsens.

Indication : Cleans and hydrates the dry and irritated nose.
