Vitamin B3, also known as niacinamide, intensely soothes and even fights severe dryness such as eczema. It improves the skin's barrier function, stimulating the synthesis of lipids that form a cement that limits water loss. Better regeneration allows natural lipids to boost healing and promotes a reduction in skin sensitivity, also reducing couperose, heating and irritation. Finally, La Roche-Posay thermal spring water increases the anti-irritation effect tenfold and its antioxidant property helps fight against the free radicals responsible for skin alteration and ageing.
