1. Relax forehead and frown lines:
Vertical smoothing: Using your two thumbs (one after the other), smooth the skin from bottom to top. Horizontal smoothing: Using your index and middle fingers, make perpendicular movements to the wrinkle to smooth it.
2. Smooth crow's feet: start on the right side. Using the pads of the index and middle fingers of each hand, make small, simultaneous upward and downward movements perpendicular to the crow's-feet wrinkles, as if pulling them apart and blurring them. Repeat the same gesture on the left.
3. Drain: using the index and middle fingers, smooth the eye contour using horizontal outward gestures, alternating between the two hands. Repeat on the other side.
