Texture / Volume

On wet or dry hair, spray Surf Spray from roots to ends to create texture and waves by scrunching hair at roots. Twist strands outward from face. Let hair dry or blow dry. Once hair is dry, toss hair to loosen waves. To moisturize thick, dry hair beforehand, use Hairdresser's Invisible Oil Primer.
