Preparation:
Use the boxwood stick to gently push back the cuticles. This step helps the Nail Wraps last longer by ensuring they’re applied slightly below the cuticles rather than directly on them.
Before applying the wraps, be sure to degrease the nail using, for example, Herome Caring Nail Polish Remover. This promotes better adhesion and prevents bubbles from forming under the sticker.
Step 1:
Select the right sticker. Choose a nail sticker that is slightly smaller than your natural nail (or larger if you’re wearing artificial nails to hide their curve). If the perfect size isn’t available, you can always slightly adjust the sticker by trimming it. Then remove the protective layer from the selected sticker.
Step 2:
Apply the sticker Peel the sticker off the sheet and place it just below the cuticle. Gently press it down from the bottom to the top, all the way to the edge of the nail. Make sure the sticker does not come into contact with your skin or cuticles. Once it is properly positioned, fold the edge around the top of the nail and make sure the sticker is securely attached.
Step 3:
Filing File off the excess sticker from top to bottom, following the edge of the nail. For larger pieces, use nail clippers first. Avoid filing sideways to prevent damaging the sticker. If your nails are short, you can also use nail clippers to trim the sticker.
THAT’S IT!
Apply Herome’s Protecting Top Coat to seal the nail wrap and extend the life of your manicure up to 10 days. The Top Coat also provides a glossy, professional finish.
Removing the nail sticker: To safely remove the Nail Wraps, use a nail oil such as Herome Nourishing Nail Oil. Apply the oil to the wraps, then gently peel them off, starting at the base of the nail. Once lifted, apply a little more oil underneath to make complete removal easier. If you want to apply new nail wraps or nail polish, be sure to degrease your nails with Herome Caring Nail Polish Remover for better adhesion.
