If your lip balm comes into contact with your refillable stick, remove the refill, rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water and leave to dry upside down before placing your new refill. The refill cannot be used on its own. Before use, place the refill in the corresponding stick. After use, gently remove the finished refill. Clip on the new refill and you're ready to go!
