How to use Acti Pure® Children's Syrup?

From 3 to 4 years: 1 measuring spoon of 5 ml, once a day for one week.
From 5 to 9 years: 1.5 measuring spoon of 5 ml, once a day (i.e. 7.5ml) for one week.
10 years and over: 1 measuring spoon of 5 ml, 3 times a day (i.e. 15 ml) for one week.
Take the last dose before bedtime.
Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed recommended daily dose.  Not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not use for more than 7 consecutive days. Do not use if allergic to any of the ingredients. This product contains 1.1ug of vitamin D, i.e. 22% of the NRV. For people taking vitamin D-based medication, pregnant or breast-feeding women and children, please consult a health professional. Before opening, store in a cool, dry place. After opening, keep in a cool place and use within 2 months.
