Cleanses, exfoliates and moisturizes
Apply a spoonful of Sugar Lip Scrub to clean, dry lips. Massage lips in circular motions, using the silicone lip scrub. Wipe off and rinse.
Then apply a thin layer of Balm Babe for maximum, long-lasting hydration.
