This organic, 100% natural toner is obtained by steam distilling fresh Rosa damascena petals to produce a naturally effective floral water with an especially high concentration of actives. Almost 2000 fresh rose petals are needed to produce a bottle of ORGANIC ROSE FLORAL WATER.
