Wet the hair thoroughly. Pour a small amount of shampoo in the palm of your hands and massage the palms together to create a lather. Apply the shampoo on the scalp and massage, adding progressively small amounts of water. until the hair feels squeaky clean between your fingers.

In the city, 2 to 3 shampoos per week are necessary, one application is enough.
In the countryside, 1 to 2 shampoos per week are necessary, one application is enough.
If you prefer to wash your hair once a week, two successive applications are necessary to properly remove residues from dust, pollution, dry shampoos or styling products.
