Shake well before each use. Children (aged 7+): 1 level teaspoon of 5 ml, 3 times a day (i.e. 15 ml) for up to 5 days. Adults: 2 level measuring spoons of 5 ml, 3 times a day (i.e. 30 ml) for up to 5 days.

Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women, children under 7 and people allergic to hive products.
Keep out of reach of young children.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Excessive consumption may have laxative effects.
Before opening, store in a cool, dry place.
After opening, store in a cool place and use within 2 weeks.
