This black lip balm turns dark red once applied to the lips. Contains blackcurrant seed oil. Formula reacts to lip pH and changes color.
To intensify the dark-red shimmer of the Dark Ruby Glow Lip Balm you can first outline your lips and color them with lip liner. The balm then gives your lips an extra shimmer.
