1 - A controlled temperature


A warm bath at body temperature (37°C) helps you relax, loosen your muscles and recover after physical exertion. Never scalding, the warm water opens the pores and allows the skin care products applied after the bath to penetrate more easily.

2 - A gentle atmosphere


Everything you need to relax must be in place. For this ritual, put away your phone, dim the lights, light a scented candle and play soothing music. If it's hard to let your mind wander with your eyes closed, read a book or listen to a podcast.

3 - Carefully selected skincare



Beyond traditional skin cleansing, make the most of your time alone and the warmth of the water: 


- A gentle exfoliation to remove dead skin cells and leave your skin glowing. 


- A hair mask. The contact with heat opens the scales of the hair, making it easier for the active ingredients to penetrate the hair fibre. Enjoy the benefits of a deep treatment. 


- A face mask. Just like the scales of the hair, heat opens the pores of the skin, freeing it from accumulated impurities and toxins.
