Before exposure to the sun, apply
generously (e.g. 2 fingers of product on an adult's arm), reducing the amount reduces the level of protection. Reapply frequently to maintain protection, especially after swimming, wiping and perspiring. Don't stay in the sun too long, even if you're using a sunscreen product. Too much sun is dangerous. Avoid exposure between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. Keep babies and young children out of the sun. Use protective clothing (hat, glasses, T-shirt, etc.).
