1. Take a small amount of cream and warm it in the palm of your hand. Close your eyes and take three deep breaths into your hands. Apply and smooth over the entire face.
2. Using your index finger, use smoothing motions from the center of your face outward, gently pressing your skin at the end of each stroke. Start at the jawline and work your way up to the forehead, passing over the mouth, nose, and eyebrows. Repeat 3 times.
3. Finish by gently smoothing from the bottom up on the neck and décolletage. Repeat 3 times.
4. For deeper relaxation: close your eyes and apply light pressure to your skin with your fingertips, moving from the center of your face outward. Start at the forehead and work your way down to the chin. Repeat 3 times.
