On bare or made-up eyelids, start by drawing a line low under the lash, from the inner corner to the middle of the eye. Avoid closing the eye and pulling on the eyelid, stretching the line towards the outer corner of the eye. For a customized look, thicken the line to your liking and blend to create your \"smoky effect\" look.
