Two to three times a week, use the mask according to your hair's needs:
Before shampooing: on dry or slightly damp hair, apply to lengths and ends. Leave on for 5 to 10 minutes, rinse, then shampoo.
After shampooing: on towel-dried hair, apply to lengths and ends. Leave on for 5 to 10 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with clean water.
