Brush brows with brush up and out to see natural shape and hair growth. Use the tip of the pencil to lightly draw over the eyebrows to create artificial eyebrow hairs in the same direction as natural hair growth. Lightly fill in sparse areas with the brush to blend them out for a natural-looking finish.
