- Step 1:
Activate with Rénergie H.C.F. Triple Serum to renew skin on all levels: volume, wrinkles, spots. Press to release the three textures and blend between your fingers. Then apply the serum morning and night to the face, from chin to ears, then from cheeks to temples.

- Step 2:
Treat with new Cream Rénergie H.P.N. 300-Peptide to regenerate skin as quickly as younger skin: wrinkle correction, lifting effect, spot reduction. Apply the cream morning and night, using massage techniques specifically developed for the face, forehead and neck & and neck.
Plump up the face: using alternating light pressure with the hands, perform six upward gliding movements starting below the chin, along the facial contour and under the jawline to the bottom of the ear.
Smooth forehead: Repeat the gliding movements, this time using the tip of your index and middle fingers and with more force. Start at the outer corner of the eyebrow and firmly smooth the skin upwards from the eyebrow to the hairline all along the forehead.
Lift the neck: use the whole hand to gently press and smooth the skin upwards on both sides of the center of the neck.
