Edouard Fléchier's Rose Tonnerre by Edouard Fléchier combines the voluptuousness of rose with the carnal depth of a truffle accord. Turkish rose absolute, with its fruity, honeyed accents, is punctuated by notes of geranium and wine sediment. Vetiver, patchouli and castoreum create an intimate bond between the wearer's skin and the flower's vegetal facet. Une Rose seems to emanate from the skin, exhaling the intoxicating, earthy aroma of a garden rose plucked from the earth with its root, such is Une Rose.

About the perfumer:
Edouard Fléchier is one of the most creative perfumers of his generation. Born in Grasse in 1949, he joined the Roure Bertrand Dupont perfumery school after studying science. In the eyes of his peers, he was quickly recognized as particularly gifted. In the mid-1980s, Edouard Fléchier became Roure's star perfumer, where he created numerous compositions emblematic of the era. His generous, symphonic style, though very modern, is in keeping with the tradition of French perfumery. Generous proportions and a keen sense of style are his signature. Show less
