Apply the Waterproof Pen with the retractable pencil for an ultra-precise line at lash line level, and extend the line beyond the outer corner to lengthen the eye contour. For a smoky-eye effect, blur the line with the blending tip.
Add relief to your eyes by applying the Waterproof Pen to the inside of the eye.
