Crème de Café® Minceur helps combat adipose cellulite. To maximize the effectiveness of the active ingredients, spread the cream in circular movements over the areas to be treated, starting from the knee, working up the thighs and then over the buttocks.

Tip: you can also apply this cream to your arms in the morning: knead by pinching the triceps and smoothing upwards from the elbow.
